(ភ្នំពេញ)៖នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១៤កើត ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅអគារដ្ឋបាលនៃគណៈកម្មការគ្រប់គ្រងល្បែងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា (គ.ល.ក.), ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត យ៉េត វីណែល អគ្គលេខាធិការ គ.ល.ក. អមដោយលោក លោកស្រី ប្រធានអង្គភាពសវនកម្មផ្ទៃក្នុង និង ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំស្តីអំពី ការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងនីតិវិធីនៃការបង្កើនដើមទុន ការកែសម្រួលលក្ខន្តិកៈ និងការដាក់ប្រាក់តម្កល់ធានាអាជីវកម្មរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ដែលប្រតិបត្តិការល្បែងកាស៊ីណូ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីតំណាង ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន គ.ល.ក.។

កិច្ចប្រជុំត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងចែករំលែក និងពិភាក្សាអំពី (១) នីតិវិធី និងលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការបន្តសុពលភាពអាជ្ញាបណ្ណកាស៊ីណូ, (២) នីតិវិធីនៃការបង្កើនដើមទុន និងកែប្រែលក្ខន្តិកៈ របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ប្រតិបត្តិការកាស៊ីណូ និង (៣) ការដាក់ប្រាក់តម្កល់ធានាអាជីវកម្ម និងការពិនិត្យផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់សមតុល្យមូលធនសុទ្ធ នៃដើមទុន របស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនកាស៊ីណូ។

តាមរយៈកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ, ស្ថាប័នទាំងបី បានសិក្សាស្វែងយល់រួមគ្នា និងបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងសម្របសម្រួលនីតិវិធីអន្តរស្ថាប័នឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពរលូន និងឆាប់រហ័ស សម្រាប់ការបន្តសុពលភាពអាជ្ញាបណ្ណកាស៊ីណូ។

On the morning of Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the administrative building of the Commercial Gambling Management Commission of Cambodia (CGMC), H.E. Dr. Yeth Vinel, Secretary General of the CGMC, accompanied by the Head of the Internal Audit Unit and Department Directors, presided over a knowledge-sharing and discussion meeting on procedures related to capital increases, amendments to company statutes, and the placement of business guarantee deposits by companies operating casino games. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Commerce and the National Bank of Cambodia, as well as leaders and technical officials of the General Secretariat of the CGMC.

The meeting was convened to share information and discuss: (1) the procedures and requirements for the renewal of casino licenses; (2) the procedures for increasing capital and amending the statutes of casino operating companies; and (3) the placement of business guarantee deposits and the verification of the net capital balance of casino companies.

Through this meeting, the three institutions enhanced their shared understanding, further strengthened cooperation, and coordinated inter-institutional procedures to facilitate a smoother and more efficient process for the renewal of casino licenses.
